More than 100 Imports Added
July 11, 2010

Last week, the GOAT Store announced a store-wide product category update, and this week due to that category update, the GOAT Store added more than 100 import games from around the world! The systems that have received the most games are currently the Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast and Turbografx-16, or as it is known in Japan the PC-Engine.

"Our goal isn't necessarily to become a major import store," stated Dan Loosen of the GOAT Store, "but we do get import games often when we buy bulk packages from collectors, and the new category structure allowed us to easily list them in the store."

In addition to the Saturn, Dreamcast and Turbografx-16 games, the GOAT Store has added a limited amount of N64 and Super Famicom imports to the store.

"We're considering this an experiment right now," Dan Loosen continued, "and if the experiment goes well, we'll add additional imports from around the world that gamers want, from European Atari 2600 games to Famicom and Super Famicom cartridges, as well as 3DO titles. Based on what the response is to these first games, we will definitely look into expanding further to better serve collectors around the world!"
