Our New Years Resolution... Retro Imports!

Midnight struck, and we decided that it was time for us to make a resolution for the new year! It was tough to figure out what to do. We already carry one of the largest selection of retro games and accessories online, and we don't expect that to change. So what could we do?
Then, it hit us -- import games! There were a ton of awesome retro games that never made it out in the United States! Both from Japan and Europe, there are tons of great titles that are really tough for gamers to find for a reasonable price. Let's face it, overseas shipping can be quite costly, so it makes it much tougher to experiment with getting a game or two just to check out. And, often, if you don't speak other languages, you may not be able to read what the game is about.
Maybe you collect your favorite series of games, and would love to see what they looked like from Japan or Europe. Titles like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest had games that didn't even make it out in the US that you may want to get a copy to put up on your shelf to complete your collection. Titles like Zelda and Mario sometime have awesome cart art that didn't make it over in the same way on US releases.
Because of these reasons and more, our goal for 2012 is to carry even more great retro gaming goodness, and to include in what we carry lots more import titles! We have already started to make some updates, with dozens of Famicom and N64 titles already added to our inventory! We currently have thousands of dollars worth of import titles headed over from Japan, and we expect that within the next few months, we will have one of the most extensive import title selections for the Famicom, Super Famicom, N64, Mega Drive, Saturn, Dreamcast and PC-Engine!
