It's a fishing game that was really popular for the Super Famicom, featuring a popular Japanese fisherman named Itoi Shigesato. It includes a cartridge slot in the top, although we're not positive why (we think it has to do with getting more courses?) This is a pretty impressive and fun game, if you like fishing!
