This is an ultra-limited release (only 30,000 copies from what we can tell) of things like movies and pictures to introduce you to the Sentimental Graffiti series. For a while, this release was worth a TON in Japan, but as the Saturn stopped being supported, more and more copies have popped up. Having said that, it's still a pretty rare release for the Japanese market.
