The front page of our site has been revamped with a new layout and provides more information to our visitors.

- News Headlines - Recent news items are shown in a new sleek layout
- Recent Items - List of products recently added to our inventory
- Top Picks - Four items are shown instead of two in a new layout with mini photos
For Members
The member area of our site has undergone an overhaul to display account information in a more intuitive manner. In addition to the member area, members also receive a few other perks.
- Order Management - Condensed list of all orders in the last 30 days with a selectable option of 60 days, 90 days, or all orders. Each order displayed also contains USPS tracking information (if eligible) and a quick link to support for that order
- Support Tickets - Summary of all open tickets and a list of recently closed tickets--linked directly to our new support ticket system
- Member ONLY Specials - Three specials are generated every week at discounted rates for our members only. Think of this as a little thank you for supporting us
USPS Delivery Confirmation
For qualified United States ordes, we are including the delivery confirmation service at NO EXTRA CHARGE!
- This service is only for orders being shipped within the United States
- Shipping addresses must be in a USPS standard format in order to qualify -- The checkout process will alert you if your order does not qualify
New Support Ticket System
With the launch of the new site we are also including a brand new support ticket system designed from the ground up.
- Whole new look and feel that provides the necessary information in a simple and easy to understand format
- Easier ticket submission through a simple online form
- Keep track of all correspondance in one area
